Abstract
In 1937 Bechet described a chronic relapsing triple-symptom complex of oral ulceration, genital ulceration, and ocular inflammation. But the disease is now recognized as a mulisystem disease. The course of the disorder is variable; although
complete
remission may occur, a lethal outcome from systemic complications has been reported Among the systemic complications, cardiovascular and neurologic involvements have worse prognosis. We present a case of Bechet's disease complicated by the
aneurysms in
ascending and abdominal aorta, and by a percardial effusion.
